We hope to see you February 11 for a great night of FREE entertainment!
The Raas Royalty Roundtable was founded in the spring of 2009 with the mission of spreading culture, community, and philanthropy through inter-collegiate competition. Members of the Roundtable are diverse in their areas of expertise and unwavering in their commitment to uphold the mission of the Raas Royalty. Their shared passion brought them together, and dedication to the message fuels their progress. Raas Royalty has been chosen as a top tier national competition and has received one of the ten bids to Raas Nationals in Dallas, Texas. Bids were given according to mission, venue, commitment, and overall organization.
The overall goal of Raas Royalty is to spread Indian culture to Indiana University, Bloomington and colleges across the country. Those around the country will have a chance to witness this beautiful form of Indian dance through this competitive dance event. This event is the third time a raas exclusive competition will be held on the Indiana University campus, and the audience has the unique opportunity to see an event of this caliber for free. Given the diversity on and off campus, this event will help build upon the ongoing celebration of culture and community in Bloomington.
