First of all, I would like to congratulate UC for putting on such a great competition! It was great fun to watch!
Since I wanted to explore the fascinating facility, I only saw a few of the teams. I will only review the teams that I saw.

GATOR ADAA

I 'adaa'red Gator Adaa! They were a great first act! They were all really pretty, and their mix definitely got the crowd going. They're cleanliness was very strong at first, but weakened gradually throughout the dance. I see a lot of potential in this team, however. They really put an effort into their choreo, because the steps were lovely.

OSU GENESIS

Oh my gosh, OSU was phenomenal! They brought so much power and passion to their dance. Their cleanliness was a bit off in the beginning, but they recovered very well. The expressions were great for the boys up front. The boys in the back were kind of inconsistent, but it was still a wonderful performance. They had a great mix. Their theme was not too clear, but I think that was because the dialogue was difficult to hear. A well-deserved first place! Go Ohio St!

RUTGERS EHSAAS
The puppet team was great! The props were elaborate and really added to the quality of the dance. THe steps were intricate and exciting. I felt that the energy dropped off in the middle of the performance, but the exciting stunts were great. The boys in particular (and maybe they were just noticeable because there were so few) had phenomenal facial expressions. They really gave their all out there. I feel like they could have easily contended for third place.

MICHIGAN MANZIL
I absolutely cannot believe this was a first year team! Their theme was cute, and the old songs were nice. It made for a nice change from all of the newer songs, but I would suggest that maybe they should pick more new songs as well. That being said, I definitely thought that this team was going to place. The energy and facials were uniformly excellent. The two leads were great to watch, and were very talented. There was one dancer that stood out in particular. He was wearing glasses, and I don't think he was onstage too much, but when he was, my eyes were instantly drawn to him. He danced with great charisma and charm. Great job!

NOVA NASSA

Nova had a great mix. They weren't too clean, but they had a lot of energy. The passion was all there, and the steps were well-choreographed, but the cleanliness definitely needs to be improved.

I did not get to see all of Deeva, but the portion that I did watch was jaw-dropping. It must have been very close between Genesis and Deeva for first place. Both had great performances. I did not get a chance to watch Chankaar or Dhoom. Dhadak was fantastic - they demonstrated why they are a BA team. I don't envy the judges for having to pick between Genesis, Rutgers, Manzil, and Deeva. What talent!

I heard the audience was pretty full, but there don't seem to be many reviews. Any of the competing teams have any reviews?
