Hi All!
South Asian Nation is hosting South Asian Showdown II on February 12, 2011. After having a very successful 2010 competition we are ready to do it again. We want to get our fellow dance community involved in our organization and what better way to do it than by reaching out to you now for SAS II!
We are looking for volunteers who want to work with our top tier teams in all four dance categories. We are excited and motivated to run the best dance competition in Boston and would love for you to be a part of our team.
You want to get involved?
Here is what we are looking for:
* Responsible individuals who have either competed at a dance competition or helped organize one
* Must be available from Friday Feb 11th- Sunday Feb 13th--NO exceptions
* Must attend 2 mandatory meetings prior to the competition weekend (dates TBA)
* Creative multi-taskers
* Familiar with the Boston area
* Happy, energetic, enthusiastic and able to represent our organization well
* Able to balance helping teams as well as assisting the organizers to adhere to the tasks and schedule given for the weekend
We are looking for team players that love dance! The last day to contact us about this role will be January 5, 2011, but the sooner the better!!
